I agree with the statement that “you must learn how to communicate.” Communication revolves around almost everything we do, either as humans or as students. As a student, one must write, listen, and engage with discussions with other students. These activities are at the center of communication. You cannot succeed as a student if you do not embrace writing, and listening. Therefore, from the perspective of a student, one must learn how to communicate.
We learn how to communicate through practice and interactions with other people such as family members, friends, and instructors. Take speaking for example; one’s immediate environment influences the way they speak. In a family setting, one grows up speaking the way other family members speak.
