Collaboration has a significant role in nursing education as well as the nursing profession as a whole (Halstead, 2019). To successfully cooperate, nurse educators must develop interprofessional partnerships and employ interpersonal communication. For educators working in a clinical environment particularly crucial that they develop interpersonal skills. Clinical educators must work together with members of the clinical agency they will be teaching at as well as with the professors and administration of the institution they are connected with (Fressola & Patterson, 2017). Members of the clinical agencies include the nursing staff, nursing leaders, hospital leaders, and other agency stakeholders.
