Introduction
The healthcare organization I have chosen for my paper is Banner Health. This non-profit organization is based in Arizona and operates through numerous specialized facilities and over 25 hospitals. It is one of the largest and most famous healthcare organizations in the United States with nearly 40,000 employees working in different care centers. Banner Health provides people with emergency care, rehab facilities, outpatient surgery, medications, home care services, and other types of healthcare facilities. Most recently, the organization has launched its care physician clinics such as the Banner Medical Group and the Banner Arizona Medical Clinic with an aim to provide complete facilities and top-notch care to more and more people (Welch, 2009, p. 18).
Since 1999, Banner Health has initiated many research projects; previously, it collaborated with the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center to carry out some projects on cancer care. According to Shari J. Welch, Banner Health wants to make a difference in the lives of Americans by providing them with affordable care services. It is a well-organized institution that hires dedicated and hardworking medical professionals from across the country and believes in improving the quality of health with the passage of every day (Welch, 2009).
The Evaluation of Banner Health’s Workforce Management Program
It is safe to say that Banner Health provides its workers with a unique and professional environment to work in. It has divided its employees into different groups, and all of them perform their duties in different rural and urban areas of the country. The availability of quality care at affordable prices is one of its core missions, and for this purpose, the organization collaborates with professionals in a large number. Banner Health’s organizational values are outstanding; it offers several unique options of employment and does everything to improve the lifestyle of its employees. The arrangements are so fantastic that its workers love staying stick to the company and do not quit on their jobs years after years (Hensing, 2008).
The Workforce Management Program of Banner Health is one of the best in the world. The organization does not only take care of its clients but also of its workers, and tends to maintain a balance between the employee satisfaction and the customer satisfaction. It believes in providing large values to the target audience, as well as to the employees who contribute to the success of Banner Health and remain forefronts in case of an emergency. In simple words, we can say that Banner Health has developed a strong relationship with both its customers and employees. The idea of making a difference in people’s life applies to both its clients and employees (Kuhn & Lehn, 2015).
The Organization’s Advertising Campaign
As already mentioned, Banner Health believes in strengthening its relationship with all workers, and its advertising campaigns are stronger than any other healthcare organization in the world.
