The personal strengths I am richly endowed with include confidence, dedication, and creativity. Confidence means being bold and straight up to take challenges through self-belief towards oneself (Flückiger et al., 2017). Continuity of learning is ensured by being bold to face learning challenges, expressing concerns over the learning process and environment, and interacting with colleagues. Dedication means having a strong focus and determination to achieve the set goals. By focusing and availing oneself of learning activities, continuity in learning is assured. Creativity means having the ability to make concepts appear in a new, easy-to-understand form (Flückiger et al., 2017). It can assist in learning by creating new and fun ways to understand concepts.
