Weaver’s article is well organized. First, he starts by making the reader aware of the cost of medication errors. By doing this, he sets the stage for providing an explanation as to why they happen as well as the types of medication errors that are common in healthcare centers. Aside from the above, he continues to further inform the reader of the nurses’ position in dealing with medication errors.
