Many people have always wanted to become engineers for various reasons. Some say they want to become famous and others want to get bigger salaries or drive luxurious cars. My reason why I want to be a highly skilled engineer is different from that of others. After observing my hometown since my childhood, I have always dreamed of transforming it for the best. Although many investors are ready to lay down buildings and other infrastructures, there are few renowned engineers to work with and determine what is best for them and the city as well. For this reason, the event that contributed to my realization that I need to be an engineer was the need to make my town better and improve people’s lives.
