The early development stages of childhood education are the best times to teach someone a new skill, a new language included. In TESOL, (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) the (SLA) second language acquisition process purposes best in the child's mind. Young students are habitually able to learn a new language (L2 or second language) as smooth as their native tongue (first language or L1). Rather than teaching them a whole new set of instructions for structure, punctuation, and speech and grammar, the best age bracket to learn the TESOL include: Early Childhood Development children of this age group are mainly using language and desisting from communicating through crying (Nasiri et al., 2016). At this age is where Telegraphic speech is emerging where-by is the use of short phrases and words that neglect unnecessary modifiers to express overall meaning. Second is Elementary Age Development; at this age, children are developing skills. Such skills include Gross motor skills that involve the body as a whole such as running and hopping. Easy relay of information to others can be achieved through these movements. Another crucial age bracket is Junior High Age Development. Here children start to communicate in a clear stream of awareness. High School Age Development at this stage, most teenagers, are pleased to have contemporary movies and music and movies in a classroom setting. Teenage hood makes them appreciate and celebrate cultural differences and communicate accordingly with individuals from other cultures.
In the teaching of TESOL, teachers can use some approaches. One is discipline. It is vital to being a premium teacher. Discipline should be adequate in childhood, just minimal and balanced, is essential for the child to live an easier and organized life into adulthood.
