GraphoGame
(American English)

GraphoGame is a learning game application installed on Android, Windows, iOS, and macOS devices.
The app supports both online and offline playing. It covers license cases for multiple languages in Latin America, U.S.A, Brazil, and France.

Ages 4-9

GraphoGame matches speech sounds to their corresponding written words. The game applies “functional sublexical units of the specific orthography” to help the readers match the sound to words (Borleffs et al., 2018).

GraphoGame (American English) is cost-effective for most families. It is also easy to implement (Ahmed et al., 2020). The game improves letter knowledge, accuracy, decoding, fluency, and spelling (Jamshidifarsani et al., 2019).
However, it can be time-consuming and challenging for some struggling readers and writers (Worth et al., 2018).

The game begins by relating letters to their sounds, advances to syllable-level relations, and finalizes with word and pseudoword-level links.
The game is adaptive, and the difficulty level is dependent on how the struggling child performs. Thus, ensuring progress for every child with reading difficulties (Jamshidifarsani et al., 2019).

Lexia

Lexia is a computerized online reading software with three different products: Lexia Reading CORE 5, Lexia Reading Plus, and Lexia PowerUp.
The software costs $175 for a one-year subscription and $110 for each additional license.

The different programs within Lexia have various purposes.
