I have reason to consider that, by referencing the recently failed effort that wished to transform temporary taxes into permanent taxes to assist support schools, we may develop an initiative that raises funding for schools from Arizona, but without necessarily increasing the tax rate. The fact that the state supports schools in good performance more than it compensates the lower-level schools is a well acknowledged problem concerning the status of school finance in Arizona (Norman & Spohrer, 2016). A plan must thus be put in place to ensure that schools are funded with more money to be found. The central aspect of the project is to utilize the temporary tax information used to finance different schools. The proposal not only focuses on increased education financing, but also on the 14th amendment. In short, the 14th amendment demands that every kid get what is provided in fair conditions, according to which the state has an established educational system. In this respect, the project would create a system and formula to provide schools with the funding available in a fair way (Darcy, 2020). The issues to be addressed include the people of schools, courses, and the many areas of education, and above all, the need for financing to be evaluated based on what schools may get or may lack. The second phase of the project will be the extra financing from the temporary tax revenues available and a portion of the excess budgetary surplus.
