Ethical Challenges in Conducting Research Ethical background consideration plays a vital role in any research due to the aftermath of the study. Several challenges arise, especially when interviewing leaders of the various departments, making it a challenge to get the rightful information in any area of interest (Brevik, 2013). Research conducted by multiple companies and stakeholders found that most leaders are never willing enough to engage in matters about the company's research. Most of them fall in fear of their reputation being destroyed, affecting their stay in their various occupations.
