If there are virtual stakeholders or an online dimension to the organization, please include this as well.
Develop a presentation draft to share with your course professor at the end of Module 8. While it is strongly recommended that you use video, you might also consider using an animated, 5- to 10-slide PowerPoint (PPT) presentation. Submit the file, or a link to the presentation website (e.g., Jing, Prezi), in Canvas.

Compare a school in a less affluent (low socioeconomic) section of a local school district/division with a school in an affluent section. Use the following questions to guide your comparison.
What is the learning environment? Please be as specific as you can. Describe the physical plants, the materials, the technology available, the class sizes, and other aspects deemed important.
How do stakeholders (e.g., teachers, school families, etc.) perceive the schools? Assess the level of volunteer programs and business or community partnerships. Are there differences?
How are the schools viewed in the community-at-large?

           Recent decades have recorded an increase in educational inequalities between high and low-income students (Owens, 2018). Most students living in affluent sections of communities are highly likely to attend private schools that provide quality education than government-funded schools located mainly in less-affluent communities. These income inequalities create gaps in the educational system, limit access to quality education, and affects learning outcomes. According to Schmidt & McKnight (2015), the effectiveness of a school is determined by stakeholders' ability to reduce inequality and unjustifiable differences that affect learning outcomes. In investigating existing disparities between organizations, the educational institutions in New Jersey, US, are examined. An improvement plan to improve social justice, equity, and access to education is then developed based on the investigations. 
Learning Environment
Far Brook School
           Far Brook School is a private, coeducational day school situated in the affluent Short Hills, NJ, offering education from preschool through the eighth grade. The school has a population of 231 students with 41 full-time teachers and three part-time educators (Farbrook, n.d.). Far Brook's environment is nurturing and attractive for learning. Tall trees surrounding the school give it a beautiful outlook. The school also has well-ventilated and furnished classrooms with the latest classroom furniture and technology, ranging from adjustable desks and teaming tables to interactive panels and charging stations. When it comes to e-learning, Far Brook provides its students with various technological tools like smart boards, iPads, and laptops to facilitate learning (Farbrook, n.d.). Robust wireless connectivity available in the school enables students to learn online. 
Dayton Street Elementary School
           This is a government-funded school located in New Jersey's less affluent area, Camden. It offers education from preschool through eighth grade. The school has a population of about 511 students with 37 full-time teachers (US News, n.d.). Dayton's environment is not healthy for teaching and learning due to major structural problems. For instance, it has a leaky roof that has gone without fixing for more than a decade. Some of its buildings and resources and outdated and need renovation. The use of the latest technology is limited due to poor infrastructure. Funding provided by the government seems not enough to improve the condition of the school. Perhaps, these are the reasons most people say Dayton is a failing school.
