William J Brenna Jr. argues that court’s legislature permitting local public schools of Texas, America, to deny registration to children who are the offspring of undocumented citizens in the country is against the fourteenth amendment which is to provide equal protection to all who were born and grown up in the country (Marion, 1997). The children, although undocumented immigrants, are a part of the American future and need quality education to develop lifestyle, native language speaking and educational skills to become valuable citizens for the progress of the country.
