Personality and Moods
Every individual has triggers to their moods and emotions. Some are catalysts to both or either of them. These vary, depending on several facts identified by researchers, such as; personality, time of the day, day of the week, weather, stress, sleep, exercise, age, and sex. According to Totterdell and Niven (2019), an individual personality affects emotions and moods, depending on how they perceive and handle these aspects every time they occur. This paper discusses the ten sources of emotions and moods mentioned above, and how they apply to me as an individual, with a conclusion on how intense they are to me.

By midweek, I am always on top gear, and will always work hard to deliver my best. It turns out that the days of the week become better as we approach weekends. Fridays are always the best, and both my moods and emotions are always great. Anything that arises and could change my moods and emotions is usually avoided.
Weather
I hate chilly weather but love a little rain. I do not like it when it is persistent. On some sunny days, I feel it is just nice to bask in. If I have any task taking me outdoors, I do prepare so well, and the weather could influence my moods or emotions, depending on how they affect my delivery. In addition, any weather that makes my day enjoyable will improve my moods and emotions. The intensity has the corresponding effect.
Stress
Stress is not one of the experiences I love to handle. I can never concentrate and be in proper control of my faculties when stressed. I would end anything I am doing, so sort out the cause of stress before proceeding to any...
