Over the past three decades, dress codes all through companies in the US have gone through drastic alterations. In the workplace, this change has prominently been witnessed in the areas of casual, business casual, and professional dress codes. An administration's dress code impacts the staffs' opinions of their performance quality (Guinn, 2021). Moreover, a person's dressing code affects the way clients, colleagues, and top management see them. Dress code guidelines are a visual appearance of organization culture. And so, professional attire is the main element in establishing the corporation's preferred organizational culture.
