Good morning, everybody. Thank you for taking the time to join us here today. I'm Oscar Munoz, the CEO of United Airlines. We have convened this press release to give light to the incident that occurred on our Airlines on Sunday evening, 9th April 2017, between our Cabin Crew and a passenger, Dr David Dao.
First of all, I would like to express my sympathy to Dr Dao and the other Passengers. This incident is a wake-up call for the Company and our entire Cabin crew Staff on the Airline.
