Have a starting project folder and create a series of folders, including audio, output, documents, footage, images, Premiere, and scratch disk.
3. Creating a New Project in Adobe Premiere.
Use the project folder for every project.
The footage folder contains all the videos that will be used in editing.
Open Adobe Premiere and create a new project.

Change scratch disk to the scratch disk folder.

Have the footage inside the bin folder.
Create a folder called sequence inside the bin.
5. Previewing and Adding Footage to a Sequence.

It allows you to grab specific video clips and organize them the way you want.
