My best job ever is the assistant consulting analyst consultancy department at Price Waterhouse and Cooper (PwC). It is because the designated work group I engaged in provided me with exposure to real-life data regarding the market and some of the key elements involved. The collection of information from the field and analysis of the computer software provided me with the best experience I needed to improve my professional setting. The worst job that I was engaged in was the assistant consulting analyst in the consultancy department at Accenture. It is because the designated position within the company provided me with an opportunity to research on a retrospective basis. Data collection was majorly conducted on the databases from already conducted research within the company. The search only involved internet sources and no real-life factual data on the field.
The process that I would use to hire or fire someone within the organizational setting is the one that involves open communication. I would openly communicate with the employee before firing them from the company. I would then set a distinct time and date where the entire process will happen. Then the details will be handled to avoid any hitches along the process. I would then coach the designated employee to rectify the issue before handing them a termination letter.
I feel competent in my professional life because I attend to all the duties and responsibilities assigned with higher knowledge and capacity.
