Increasing the Efficiency of Mobile Phlebotomists through Maximization of Productivity

What is the topic, audience, reason for the presentation, and approximate length of time.
Afternoon class, I will be presenting a 10 step guide to provide helpful tips to maximize productivity in the field and reduce time in travel. I will be presenting this to mobile phlebotomists across the county, my own home team, and upper management in the company.
This presentation will be approximately 5-7 mins. The goal of the information is to gain profits and lessen travel and load time.
What would you focus on during the editing process to improve the reception of your speech by the intended audience? Provide an example to support your response. You might, for example, refer to something you recently edited out of some other work.
I would primarily focus on making sure that the 10 steps were easy things to remember, creating an acronym of sorts. I would focus on making sure language/ word usage was easy to grasp, as we learned this week it is best use terms on a eight grade level.
When presenting I will revisit my visual aids to make sure they complimenting the message not distracting from it.
How could you go about getting constructive feedback on your presentation?
I would practice presenting my information aloud ahead of time. I would ask a trusted presenter to give me tips , and ask a trusted team member to review content for any needed changes. I would review my thoughts to make sure if I was hearing the message for the first time I would be able to understand and retain.
During the presentation, you notice several members of the audience starting to look bored and drifting off to sleep. What could you do to reengage your audience in the presentation?
I would evaluate my tone and make sure my voice was elevated, I would engage my audience by asking questions and creating dialogue. I will ask for clarity and verify there understanding. I might also give incentives so that the audience would be more inclined to reengage.
