Decoding and Encoding Problem in a Self-Managed Group

Essay Instructions:

We have a role-play presentation. We've written our lines, but we also need an exclusive summary of our theme. In the summrary, you should write about what's the issue/problem between us and what is the solution.
Please point out the key words: Encoding and Decoding, Self-managing teams.
I can explain a little bit what happened in the story:
In Conflict 1, A told B that he was too busy to attend group meeting during the period, but A didn't express clearly with B that even if he couldn't participate in the meeting, he would complete his part at home, which led B to think that A don't wanna do homework. At the same time, B was also emotional when communicating with other team members about A's problems and did not want to understand A, which resulted in that A did not get any part in the first division of labor. The solution is for A to explain his real situation in person and apologize for not expressing himself clearly in the first time.
In conflict 2 and conflict 3, there are still problems of encoding and decoding, which leads to misunderstanding. For D, the original intention of D is to finish the task of the group as soon as possible, not to crowd out any members of the group and become the leader of the group. However, the idea that E and F are opposite to D in terms of ideas is correct. There can't be one person in charge of the work in the group, but the problem is that E and F didn't communicate well with D to solve the problem, but there was a conflict.
In fact, E and F can actively communicate with D, apologize for the previous behavior, and patiently express why they don't agree with D to arrange the task. D also needs to show the other members of the group that he doesn't want to be the "leader" in the group and just wants to finish the group work as soon as possible. However, D does not choose the right way and apologizes for his recklessness to the members of the group. If both sides take a step back, many problems will be solved. No one can fully get each other's thoughts, but in case, E, F and D can try to understand each other through communication.
It can be seen from the whole script that homework in the team should be distributed freely by everyone through discussion. It is a typical self-managing team that does not need a leader in this type of team, which is why E and F express dissatisfaction when D shows the appearance of a leader.
If you have any question, please tell me :) Role play lines is in the attachment.

The process of having successful communication between individuals that at the end yield productive outcomes is key in conversations. However, such communications rarely exist and in turn give rise to misunderstandings and conflicts among the involved parties. In most cases, diverse cultural backgrounds, social norms, stereotyping and personalities influence the encoding and decoding process resulting to either a problematic communication or successful communication. In this regard, our role-play presentation exhibit conflict that arises between A and B as a result of poor encoding and decoding process. A, expresses his tight schedule (personal assignments and three midterms) to B that won’t allow him to attend the group meeting. According to B, A does not want to be involved in the group and he communicates this to the ot...
