Why Alphabot was Established
Alphabot was initially an automated and retrieval system designed by Alert Innovation (Cheris et al., 2017). The Alphabot system was made with the idea of revolutionizing the online grocery buying and delivery procedure. The technology works by using autonomous carts to keep track of refrigerated and frozen online orders. After being retrieved, Alphabot takes the orders to a workstation where the workers cross-check the bag and takes them to the final order.
