you to outline one company policy/practice/benefit recommendation that relies on a tenet(s) of
behavioral economics and will be reasonably cost-effective to implement. In other words, the
savings in employee turnover reduction should more than pay for your recommended
policy/practice/benefit. The CPO is a busy person and wants your recommendation to be fewer

following components:

Training and Developing Employees
The chief people office should aim at investing in training and developing her employees to improve their professions. This is good practice for the company to increase employee retention. She should give the employees opportunities to grow in their profession. The chief people office should consider paying fees and travel for the employees to attend seminars and conferences. She should also provide tuition injections to enable the employees to continue with education training. Training and developing employees helps to improve employee satisfaction. Employee satisfaction describes if employees are happy with the job they are doing. Also, it describes whether the employees are fulfilling their desires and needs at workplaces. Therefore, training and developing the employees’ profession wise will create a fulfilling effect of their desires.
The chief people office should consider training employees on communication, computer skills, ethics, diversity, human relations, quality initiatives, and safety. Communication will help to increase diversity in the workforce. Computer skills are important and necessary for conducting office tasks. Training employees on ethics enhances corporate social responsibility by bringing morals and values to the workplace. On the other hand, human relations help to avoid conflicts and misunderstandings in the workplace, as noted by McNamara (n.d). Finally, safety helps to improve alertness in all workplace operations to avoid injuries.
