You recently attended a workshop presented by Ms. Carpe on Stress in the Workplace and are aware of the causes and consequences of stress.
The vice-president has asked you to create a cartoon on stress in the workplace to be published in the company's monthly newsletter. The focus on the cartoon should be the following:

Work related stress has been on the rise with the current changing organization structure, job description, culture, management and personal problems of employees. As a member of the claims department at Providence Insurance Company ltd, the vice-president of the company has asked me to explain the causes and consequences of stress as learnt from Ms. Carpe workshop on Stress in the Workplace. I made the following observation by researching the behaviors of some employees in my department.
Becky is 25 weeks pregnant with her first child but she refuses to go on leave since she needs the extra cash and the stipend paid during leave does not seem enough to support her since she is a single mother. Most times Becky complains about the stairs, rocky seat and bad air conditioning in the office. Her previous jolly mood and active personality has changed where she is often irritable and gets annoyed very fast even on the slightest confrontations in addition she is always impatient, intolerant to frustration.
Chris on the other hand has been working for the company for over twenty years and still holds the position of junior assistant in the claims department. He has been applying for a promotion for as long as he could remember, but the management kept changing hands. Chris shows very aggressive behavior and is always sad and impatient. Initially, he was one of the most creative employees with the spirit of innovation and critical thinking. He used to come up with great ideas for the company and was often rated employee of the year countless times. His performance has dropped drastically and he relates poorly with the other employees.
Peter is one of the newest employees in the department and has been having a hard time adapting to the workload, meeting the tight deadlines and...
