title page and references page). You should use a minimum of 5 academic sources (at least 4 from the Touro library) in your Case Assignment. Explore
community projects in your area. Choose one of the projects and determine the best way to market each.
Please address the following topics in your Case Assignment.
1. Identify a community project in your area. Provide background information on the project. Consider the Who, what, when and how they serve the community. Provide a clear background of the program.
2. Conduct a SWOT analysis to determine the projects strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Review the Module 4 background materials or other online sources if you need a refresher on SWOT. (Modules 1 and 2).
3. Considering the SWOT analysis, identify the forms of marketing to best address the various aspects of the program.
4. If you program is not targeting a vulnerable population, identify a vulnerable population in your community and describe how you can address this marketing plan to a vulnerable population. If you project already targets a vulnerable population then identify how they can do a better job. (Modules 2 and 3).
5. Create a marketing plan for your chosen community project that addresses the target market. (Module 4).
