Effective use of material covered in the course (including the weekly assignments and discussion questions) and outside research are bases for grading. A brief executive summary should be provided at the beginning of the paper. At least three academic references other than the eText must be used to write the paper. Use proper in-text references to your sources when quoting directly or indirectly, and full end of paper APA-formatted references. Papers must be word-processed and conform to the high standards established in Berkeley English composition classes. The paper should consist of a minimum of four full double-spaced 12-point font pages of content, including the executive summary, but not including title page and reference page.

Executive Summary
For some time now there has been a change in the population's eating habits, and more people are referring as are the natural and organic foods and grocery products. The plan is to open a new food and grocery store at St.Petersburg, FL and mainly targeting residents in the area. There are unmet customer needs on organic products and their availability throughout the week in St. Petersburg, due to the growth in demand and but few establishments nearby .The proposed business model is based on selling natural products and organic through the store and linking with certified producers to get the best products. The store will create its own brand and will target the families concerned about availability of healthy food. The staff working at the store is extepected to be honest and customer-centric, which will help to improve operations, and provide relevant information to the customers. The economic pricing approach targets increasing the market share and since fresh foods and groceries are not readily available compared to the unhealthier options people travel farther away longer to purchase them. Both online and traditional media are utilized when marketing to the target customers and will help create awareness and build a reputable brand for the sole proprietorship.

There is increased interest in the sale and consume natural and organic foods and the proposed grocery store (All Reliable Foods) will sell fresh and organic produce to meet demand in Kenwood in Petersburg, FL and surrounding area. To protect and ensure the supply part of the store's there are agreements with local suppliers and farmers and there is emphasis on certification of organic products. The produce will be purchased from the different suppliers or supplied directly to the store.
