Leadership styles dictate the forms of communication and work relationships among different countries. Various leadership styles like autocratic, democratic and dictatorship are applied in different organizations so as to facilitate working relationships among the employees and the management. The EU countries apply the same leadership styles in their organizations so as to enhance efficient and effective management. The leadership styles are majorly determined by a countries cultural values and beliefs. The EU countries apply the following leadership styles in their management: instructional, participative, personal development, entrepreneurial and structural leadership styles (Bottery, 2006).
The various leadership styles applied in EU countries have proved to be effective in achieving their goals. This has helped in boosting their union in advancing same goals and efficient communication among them. It has helped to create mutual understanding and fostered harmony in their interrelations as same principles that value their input and efforts are universally applied thus giving them identity and a sense of belonging.
