Leadership in Competitive and Dynamic Business Environment
Over the past few weeks, I have learned some interesting concepts about leadership that I find extremely relevant in today’s competitive and dynamic business environment. For me, being a relationship-oriented leader does not mean that I am poor at accomplishing tasks, it just means that my strengths lie in connecting with other people.
