Customer loyalty is the tendency to prefer one brand to many other brands, whether due to fulfillment with the commodity or its convenience and performance. Achieving customer loyalty is the dream of every organization, and that is why organizations are working tirelessly to develop strategies that could aid in maintaining customer loyalty. Maintaining customer loyalty is imperative because an organization can always be assured that it will never fail to make sales and moreover the costs incurred to acquire new customers after the old ones have switched to another organization are cut. I recently discovered that the management of Keiki Company has learned that they risk losing LZT, which has been a long-term customer to a competitor. Keiki Company does not want to lose its long-term client because that will translate to a significant loss. Keiki Company can, however, make it more difficult for LZT to switch to its rival by creating a healthy relationship with it, creating loyalty programs, and finally developing institutional ties.
Keiki can retain LZT and ward off the customer from switching to another company by creating a healthy relationship with the client. The company can build a healthy relationship with LZT by taking time to listen to what LZT need so that it can eliminate the chances of rendering its customer with what it does not need. Consequently, this will be harder for LZT to switch to another organization because it will feel that its needs are being entirely met.
