Q.1 Starting a company with friends presents both positive and adverse effects. Just as the founders of ZEO Company experienced, it eases the division of roles and responsibilities, as knowing each other well enough enables the identification of one’s shortcomings and strengths and matching then with the company’s needs. Additionally, friendship guarantees a level of trust in each other where no other agendas are present other that mutual success (Susman, 2015, Aug 17). Contrary, when a friendship ends due to various reasons, the company fails as well. Also, People are used to taking orders from bosses. Thus, they find it difficult taking the same from friends, which results in difficult situations (Susman, 2015, Aug 17).
