c. “PEST” – Political, Economic, Social, and Technological elements, will analyze, also, inner conditions
such as assets, procedures, and yields and execution.
d. Analyze company’s current fundament core values and update as necessary. These are essential to
the whole organization. These are a recognized set of rules built by the business leadership or
management, kind of like a company set of standards.
e. Most importantly is creating a communication/correspondence plan. This is imperative to create
within an organization to keep key pieces of information moving throughout the organization.
2. SWOT Analysis

b. Analyze company’s key management to determine what part of the management is vital to the

3. Identify vital issues
a. Create objectives to confront those vital issues and maintain company’s long-term development.

This involves developing and implementing efficient training solutions to enhance the manufacturing skills of the workforce and the company in general, and accelerate the spread of the organizational culture and thus promote improvement at different FCA plants in the international market. The practice has also enabled FCA to get a team of skilled employees working towards common organizational goals and objectives.

The current mission statement of FCA is to manage the training and consulting process at the company and thus become a benchmark for other companies and its competitors. This mission is set to make the company achieve higher market strength than its competitors, and the current strategy is appropriate to push the company towards realizing this mission statement. The focus of the mission is the quality of its cars and products, as well as customer satisfaction. The philosophy behind this mission statement is ‘design with purpose’, and this has continued with the future generations of the company (Krzakiewicz & Cyfert, 2017). Further, the current mission of the company is driven by the vision of creating a brand which will be patronized repeatedly by consumers. This also shows the interconnection between the mission statement and vision statement of the company, which puts it on the right track towards achieving its goals and improving its market strength and position.
