Ethical Dilemma Involved with Not Organica

Write a brief paper (no more than 1 page) that covers the following criteria:
- Briefly describe the scenario portrayed in the video
- Define the dilemma from two perspectives.
- See the file named Ethics App for prescribed perspectives (see attachment!!!)
- Offer support for each perspective.
- Offer you professional opinion as to what you would do as a manager in this situation. Feel free to use resources drawn from research in your paper. If you choose to do so, please be sure to cite such excerpts and attach a reference page to the end of the document. Here are some rules regarding this process:
Written Assignments
*** All essays will be typed double space in font no smaller than 10 pts and no larger than 12 pts. Margins will be no more than 1 ¼ inches on each side and 1 inch at top and bottom. Preferred fonts include Arial, Calibri and Times New Roman. A 2 page assignment will be no less than 1 pages and no more than 2 full pages. The same standards apply to larger essays.
Citations:
When quoting or paraphrasing a resource, the writer must cite the reference. As an example;
“Recent scientific research conducted has determined that the sky is pink; which is caused by an atmospheric phenomenon known by the technical term sky blue pink. (Doe, 2011)”
The citation given refers to the author and the year date from which the citation is taken.
This citation must then be listed on the Reference Page as follows:
Doe, John (2011). The New Sky (this refers to the resource…book, magazines and websites must be italicized). Prentice Hall (publisher)
