Ethical Organization
An example of an ethical organization is the National Australia Bank. The Bank is organized in such a way that the leadership is focused on the people. Being a public bank, the banks consider both the national interests and the interests of the individual banker. While one of the main aims of the bank is to maximize profits, the bank is also engaged in other activities that make it appeal to the public. Some of these activities include supporting environmental conservation efforts and engaging in corporate social responsibility in various ways.
