Every other organization is faced with conflicts that arise among the staff, the management even with the external environment such as with the stakeholders in the society, in the industry or government agencies (Bacal, n.d.). Conflict takes away a lot of energy that would otherwise go into productivity and improvement of the organization in question. As such, in most of the cases conflict serves to deter the organization from achieving its goals with the available resources (Bacal, n.d.).
However, conflict can be a source of productivity insights, where it is handled with effective strategies.
