The management is entitled with the responsibility of ensuring that all the employees are in a safe and conducive environment. Organizational behavior is described as that study by the management team. On the influence as well as the impact that individual employees, groups, and the overall organizational structure have on the general behavior within and outside the organizations' environment (Inghilleri & Solomon, 2010). The current business environment has been changing rapidly; managers are faced with the challenge of understanding the different human behaviors portrayed by the employees.
