Circulation of letters and the agenda for the meeting During the annual general shareholders meeting held in 2011, the chairman circulated letters to the shareholders summoning them to an annual shareholders meeting. The meeting was held in Bellevue, Washington DC. Peter Klein was chairing the meeting on that material day assisted by Brad Smith who is the general counsel and the executive vice president of legal and corporate affairs; as the secretary. Notably with this remark he reiterated that the firm was working hard to advance technologies with the aim of making information technology easy to use and easily accessible to the firm`s customers.
