According to Dr. Gael Saltz, there are four styles of anger. The first style is the reactive style whereby, when an individual feels angry, they immediately express that anger out of their mouths by exploding to other people. The passive-aggressive style involves an angry individual presenting mannerisms of one who is not angry but utilizes other ways to demonstrate their anger.
