FEEDBACK:
It should probably be written, "April 2nd, 1973".
And if he is still alive and considered a researcher, I wouldn't put it in past tense.
Same with "his article evaluated" put this in present tense "evaluates" because text is always present.
Can you mention very briefly what the author claims that influence is that is changing exemplary art?
I wouldn't follow with "That explains", maybe say "this is evidence to support" or "this analysis of influence supports".
Be consistent with your language use of numbers, like if you're using number (123) use numbers throughout, like also for 21st century, or make them all spelled out.
Probably meant "trends" not "trend", maybe specify what kind of trends like are they politically-driven or provocative? because "the use of criticality" doesn't tell me enough about what the author is talking about concerning performance art. This sentence just has a lot of space for being more specific. Criticality in response to what? What does the author argue is the critical intention?
If the death of performance art is the authors argument, specify that the author argues that point. For example "In this article the author argues the death of performance art in China was due to _________".
"tense the need of the author to talk about it [...]" The first half of this sentence is too repetitive, the same point has been mentioned a couple times already, and the second half is redundant. I would just clarify how the representation of violence in art is relevant to changes.
If you use the word "important", what area of research, or what type of readers, is the article important to?
You're giving your opinion about the topic, where I believe you should be giving your opinion (review) of the author's opinion (argument). For example "art is essential work but should help society to grow positivity", redirect the review to the impact of the authors research and the articles relevance studying the art subject/idea.
(I wouldn't say "this paper", just state what the text provides, or find a more formal way to address the article)
(Also be carful with using the word "facts" because this isn't the STEM field of research, it's primarily ideas and research that is constantly changing)
Read over your writing for spelling and grammar.
Overall, there is a lot of repetition that isn't specific enough to give me a good idea of what the author is arguing, and what the current academic setting of the argument is, in terms of scholarly discussions of the topic. Be more specific about the author's ideas/arguments and this will naturally make the review more clear. Also address the research climate around the subject, and make clear what the audience will gain from the reading.
One more detail, (thanks for tolerating my nit-pickiness) If the authors main argument is concerning the death of performance art, and contemporary arts is the surrounding area of research, I would title this review around performance art not broadly contemporary arts.

Linking the Arts of China
Berghuis, T. J. (2012), Experimental Art, Performance and ‘Publicness’: Repositioning the critical Mass of Contemporary Chinese Art Journal of Visual Art Practice Volume 11, pp.135-155.
Thomas J. Berghaus was born on 2nd April 1973. He is a researcher, curator of Chinese art, art historian, and former museum director. He discusses how the development of contemporary art in China took place from ‘publicness’ and ‘criticality, meaning the artists changed their way of expession from the broad publich to examined expression.’ His article evaluates the role of two factors in changing exemplary art politically, socially, and through influence between 1990s ton 2010. Influence is discussed as publicity whereby the great artists in China are the ones who draw much attention to contemporary arts. The lovers and admirers of their artworks supported the growth of contemporary art in China in the 1990s. That means that, were it not for the overlooking of the performing arts in stages and theaters, they would have grown too if the artists took part in that particular perspective, which shows the role of influence on art. The author explains the importance and functions of publicity to contemporary art in China in detail. He goes ahead to examine the role of performance art in China and the trend in the 21st century, showing the use of criticality. Why does performing art remain ‘dead’ in China?
The death of performance art was due to its lack of presence in Chinese contemporary art exhibitions. The success of the contemporary work was through famous artists, primarily through paintwork, but performance art remained unnoticed (Berghius, pg3, 2012). The work is an important piece that should be heeded and supported by more research, in redefining Chinese contemporary art. It is essential for the nation to change the next course of art to help Chinese artists realize the gap left by not taking performing art seriously. That will help in filling the gap, which, if dealt with, will benefit the artists by allowing them to earn. The essence of looking into modern or contemporary art is the fact that art is one of the most important issues globally. It preserves identity since traditional times as a means of expression of the artists’ thoughts. Arts are essential works that should help society to grow positively. This text provides detailed analyses of the ideas presented, from the free art, massive work done, and examining the intuition it creates. Much attention is made on the technicality and accuracy in expounding on the content by this author.
The author noted that performance art was the free form of art. Secret shows that publicity of the art was regarded as unnecessary. An artist even spoke of people being afraid of the extent performance art can reach, which made them term some acts as vio...
