Working in Groups
Group work can be a source of anxiety for students. One of my concerns about group work is managing the logistics of the project at hand. For example, when a group is newly formed, it becomes challenging to determine who will lead, take notes, or organize the meetings (UBC Learn, 2016). Besides, a group comprises several students coming together to handle a particular project. In most cases, these learners are strangers and find it difficult to interact at first.
