The concepts of environmental pressure are different from that of organizational pressure. Organizational pressure is determined by the internal factors within a particular organization that limits its performance, such as its culture and management. In contrast, environmental pressure can be both internal and external, including technological environment, cultural, economic, physical, or political environment that impact the operations, success, and survival of an organization. Various organizations are affected by the pressure both positively and negatively. Pressure from stakeholders betters the organization's performance, especially if the organization meets the stakeholder's expectations.
