What are the key ideas of the paper? Or what key messages are presented by the author(s)?

The key messages that can clearly stand out as represented by the authors is that both the research methods; qualitative and quantitative are very important and should be integrated within the research for quality results. The differences between the two methods are so much emphasized on that they outweigh the similarities and that is why there exists a difference between the two types of researchers. Authors, however, emphasize the importance of the two and them being used at a go in research.

The main argument is supported by the similarities and the advantages that come with pragmatic research.
