Introduction
Innovation capability refers to the generation and exploration of new concepts and ideas. In individuals, innovation capability is enhanced through a combination of numerous abilities. Consequently, within the next 2 years, I plan to engage in extensive learning and establish a flexible mindset as means of furthering my innovation capability.
Extensive learning
Generally, innovators have a deep understanding of their field of study, including technical and experimental knowledge. According to Pitil (2015), a person can only successfully innovate something if he/she understands the science behind it. Therefore, within the next two years, I plan to do a lot of extensive reading and attend various seminars and mentorship programs.
