1. What was important about the piece you were asked to read/watch?
The most important thing/lesson about the Tedx Talk I watched was its underlying emphasis on the fact that rebuilding after crises (like the one that happened in Haiti) might be equally, or even more important than receiving goods and other types of aid (TedX Talks). The message does not necessarily imply that giving those who were devastated help in terms of free commodities or consumables, but it underlines the need to give more allocations for rebuilding infrastructures, businesses, and boosting local trade.
