The purpose of the study was to reveal the importance and procedures of introducing English learning to Kindergarten children and to evaluate the effect of rule play in oral learning and understanding of the language. The study adopted a qualitative research where children were observed, and 12 sessions were carried out in four steps, over a period equivalent to one academic year. The results of the study indicated that introduction of foreign language learning in kindergartens result in higher proficiency in speaking the foreign language. The authors concluded that foreign language learning should be introduced early, to kindergarten children, in a friendly environment to facilitate effective learning of foreign languages
