Customer segmentation is the act of grouping clients into smaller groups according to their age, taste, interest, and gender. Before selecting the best market strategy to use, one should identify the customers' needs and preference. When the customer need and preference is identified, it makes it easier to know what kind of toppings the frozen pizza will need. Grouping customers by their need groups will enable the food restaurant know the suitable size and preference majority of customers like. This will reduce the cost of production of unwanted products
