Observation
When you are in a public place, living in United States of America can be really thrilling. As one of the world’s largest and most powerful countries, the United States makes a good ground for immigration. As a result a number of cultures had been introduced and established in the United States. You may see someone even wearing their native dress like for instance for Middle Easterners. In the broad daylight many nationals can be seen, walking, chattering, and running, here at the park. . But this does not mean that when they migrated to the United States of America, there is a consolidation or integration of culture, one may be female or male, Asian or European but integration without losing individual identities is possible.
Norms
Social norms are unwritten rules that can make everyone’s life agreeable. It may vary from time-to-time and place-to-place. There are several norms visible in our public place, norms to be quiet in places of worship, norms to be nice by not being unobtrusive of others life and norms to be well-mannered by letting people exit first from the elevator and train. In parks and sidewalks especially at night, one of the most common norms is for women to be more alert and attentive owing to possible harassment. It is already a normal standard of normality that when speaking of public places and night time, men and women are unequal.
