Exposure to diverse adverse experiences has demonstrated that resilience is a fundamental strength in military life. I find the mental pillar the easiest and the one that comes naturally to me compared to the other three for diverse reasons. For instance, it is seamless for me to remain focused on a goal irrespective of the obstacles (“Chapter 9. Resilience,” n.d.). Thus, I always strive to improve in this realm, making me a consistent individual. This ease pushes me to lean towards this pillar while addressing diverse aspects of my career.
However, the social aspect remains the hardest for me to foster. Due to diverse group attitudes, it remains challenging to determine the best approaches for improving my interactions with team members.
