Final Project Outline. Social Sciences. Coursework.

The final project has two components. An outline and a final paper. At this point you need to submit an outline of your paper. But you must go to Module 05 to read the Final Project Assignment in order to understand the requirements of the assignment so that you can develop the outline.
The outline only needs to be a list of the topics you will cover. See the outline format below.
I will review the outline and suggest any changes before you submit your final paper.
This project will give you the opportunity to merge theory with practice.
Be sure that you consider all 3 points.
Please do not simply cut and paste the sample outline. You should customize your outline to include references to specific policies, practices and/or tools used by your focal agency.
Suggestions about your outline and the final project will appear in the evaluation section.

So the outline of the final project merely lists the ideas (from the course) that you will covered. In the final project itself, you should of course explain the ideas, concepts, processes from the outline and then apply them to your focal agency. show how these concepts are reflected or not reflected in your focal agency.
Overall, the final project will be a complete review of the course.

DESCRIPTION OF THE AGENCY AND ITS PROGRAMS.
This should be sufficiently developed to give a good sense of the agency philosophy and mission, goals and objectives, organizational structure, target population, services offered, funding sources, etc.

HOW SERVICES ARE DELIVERED.
This discussion should include all the issues in providing human services, for example: the assessment process, service planning, monitoring, brokering, client/agency relationship including such issues as cultural competence, empowerment etc, community/agency interaction such as mobilizing, social policy development, advocating, linking to the external environment, and finally, networking, helping models, case management, etc.

DISCUSSION OF HOW THIS DELIVERY SYSTEM IS EVALUATED
to measure whether it is effective. Develop the discussion of how the delivery of services in your agency is evaluated/assessed to measure whether it is effective. Using the assigned readings and other sources, provide a coherent development of methods, devices and/or models that you would use to evaluate the service delivery system.
Remember, you should first define, explain, and discuss all the above terms, concepts, processes, by referencing the course readings. Then you need to discuss how these concepts and processes are applied to your agency.
