From watching the PowerPoint presentation by Dr. Griffin, one thing I learned is how the first Passover lambs were selected. According to the PowerPoint from 1400 B.C, not just any lamb could be selected for the sacrifice. Instead, various essential criteria, such as choosing a lamb with no defects, were applied. The lamb to be sacrificed in the Old Testament was to be flawless, and it was to be inspected for five days.
