1 What does Dr. Carey mean by "God-awareness"? Respond with one-to-two sentences.
God's awareness implies that our gracious God supplies all we possess or have in this world; he created the planet to shelter us and made us live the lives we desire while yet holding to him for direction. Every event in our lives is the work of our God. When these things happen, we must remember that they have something to do with what God wants to happen to us, therefore increasing God's awareness or the realization that God is behind everything that happens to us.
2 Dr. Carey also talked about the value of "paying attention to creation" as we contemplate who God is.
Dr. Carey's beach tale is fantastic because it taught me that paying attention to creation does not imply worshiping something as one but rather adoring it as many. If I were to give a tale like Dr. Carey's, it would be about how I was wandering deep in a great wheat field near our hometown when I came upon a large tree and decided to rest. When I hear the birds singing, the water gently trickling into the irrigation system, and the wind moving the trees as if they were dancing, I understand that our one and only God created all these aspects of life on Earth.

If I were to choose from the three virtues, I would choose simplicity because it suits my characteristic of being happy by myself and enjoying the comfort of silence...
