The current discussion aimed to investigate the elements mentioned in an online functional behavioral Assessment (FBA) report. FBA reports that we assess behavior and help provide a systematic function intervention (Steege, Pratt, Wickerd, Guare, & Watson, 2019). The online report obtained was of a Grade 6 11-years old male patient called M. Smith (Weebly). The British Broadcasting ISD did a referral to establish the function of challenging behaviors within a classroom. The assessment procedure involved interviews (of staff & parents), an IEP review, a behavioral questionnaire, observations, and an individual reinforcement survey.
