Both chapters talk about the concept of connectivity with the external often world. Chapter 13 about (Cope) covers the connection that people tend to have with their departed loved ones. Each person is connected to their loved one and when the person dies, a void is created following the breaking of the bond. The effected individuals will react differently to the void created and will begin looking for a replacement. While looking for the replacement, the individual is in the grief face and will be able to find a replacement once he or she overcomes the grief.
